Business Compliance: Ensuring compliance with SARS, Workmen's Compensation, UIF, and Department of Labour.

HR: Payroll functions, labour audits, upkeep of staff files, drafting contracts and policies, handling disciplinary measures.
Taxation: Tax planning, provisional tax calculations and submissions, income tax calculations and submissions, VAT, PAYE, tax directives, dividend taxes.
CIPC: Registration of new companies, amendments and maintenance of existing companies, annual returns, beneficial ownership submissions.

Invoices for services provided by CSE² are due and payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate determined by CSE².
